707 Diving is committed to building well rounded athletes. We believe that success in diving is rooted in a strong foundation. That foundation consists of confidence, strength, muscle memory, and diving literacy. Our gym is the place where we develop our ability to dive safely and proficiently.

Muscle Memory and Visualisation

Diving in action should be mindless. In the gym we utilize spotting belts over the trampoline and indoor diving board. We combine this with instant video feedback to actively simulate and aid in the visualization of dives we do in the pool. This way, when we get to the pool we can dive more and worry less.

Strong body, Strong mind

Weight lifting and cardiovascular exercise are paramount to a diver’s success in the pool. In order to dive like champions, we must train like champions!
